Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Kurtis Kitchen & Bath is one of Michigan’s most trusted names in kitchen and bath remodeling, and we’re growing. We’re looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Brand Ambassador who thrives in two worlds: building genuine connections with past customers in the field and engaging new prospects at our retail partner locations. This role covers our full Michigan service area — including Grand Rapids and Greater Southeast Michigan.

This is a unique dual-focus role. Half your week you'll be in the community — visiting past customers, collecting reviews, generating referrals, and representing our brand neighborhood by neighborhood. The other half, you'll be the face of Kurtis Kitchen & Bath inside our retail partner locations, engaging shoppers and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Customer Follow-Up

• Visit past customers following completed installations to ensure satisfaction and collect verified online reviews (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.)
• Generate referral leads through post-install neighborhood canvassing — introduce Kurtis to neighbors of recent project sites
• Conduct post-install quality walkthroughs and relay customer feedback to the operations team
• Take professional before and after project photos and videos for use in marketing materials
• Assist with addressing minor service concerns and escalate when needed
• Represent the Kurtis brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride in every interaction

Retail Partner Lead Generation

• Manage lead-generation activity at retail partner locations in your assigned territory
• Engage shoppers with friendly, informative conversation about Kurtis Kitchen & Bath remodeling services
• Qualify homeowner prospects and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
• Set up, maintain, and take down branded displays and event materials at retail locations
• Build strong relationships with store associates and management to maximize in-store visibility and referrals
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals and accurately log all leads into CRM
• Participate in home shows, trade events, and special in-store promotional events as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Experience in canvassing, lead generation, brand
  ambassador work, or customer-facing sales preferred
• Warm, outgoing, and confident engaging strangers in
  conversation
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time to hit weekly goals
• Detail-oriented — accurate lead entry, photo documentation, and follow-through are essential
• Strong organization and time management skills across multiple daily locations
• Comfortable with smartphones and basic CRM or lead-tracking app
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required; company vehicle provided. This role supports Kurtis Kitchen & Bath’s Michigan service territories, including Grand Rapids, Greater Southeast Michigan, and future expansion markets as the company continues to grow.
• Must be available Tuesday through Saturday; occasional home shows or events may require schedule flexibility to cover Sunday’s when
  necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Compensation

• Total compensation range of $65,000–$80,000+, including salary and bonus opportunities
