Keep an extra towel or cloth in the bathroom just for wiping down the vanity when one is done using the sing. Make sure to wipe the cabinets as well to prevent water from trickling down the cabinet doors and leaving marks behind.

Avoid Scrubbing

Everyone loves a clean vanity, but scrubbing with abrasive and harsh sponges is definitely not the way to go. Using hard scrubbing tools and applying a lot of pressure on the vanity can leave permanent streaks that will look worse than the stain and almost be impossible to fix. When cleaning the vanity, use gentle cleaning products, and if the stain is not coming off, then use very hot water. Hot water will almost always get rid of the stain, and the best part is that it will not damage the vanity.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Using very harsh chemicals like bleach and other strong bathroom cleaning products is a sure way to destroy one's vanity in a few months. Make sure that any cleaning product that is being used is not very strong or abrasive. Simple cleaning detergents and liquid soap with hot water are almost always enough to get rid of any stain.Once a bathroom vanity has been installed, it is only natural to want to keep it looking as new as possible, for as long as possible. However, vanities are used multiple times a day and that is why they can get ruined not too long after they are installed. Maintaining the vanity from day one is a person's best bet to ensure that the vanity stays looking new.
