Kitchen Color Schemes
Kitchen Remodeling Nov 19
Many people want to change the color scheme of their kitchen when remodeling in Clarkston. This is a great idea because this space is essentially the heart of the house, where memories are made. As such, one is probably going to be tempted to get a scheme that reflects their personality and unique taste. This may be a bad idea in some cases, since infusing personality in the space is a welcome concept, but having colors that are too bold may lead to one getting bored of them very quickly. No Regret When it comes to picking the colors for a kitchen remodeling in Clarkston, the best choice are timeless colors. These are ideal for both re-selling and for staying in that house. Indeed, timeless colors never go out of style, and one is not going to get bored of them anytime soon. Versatility Not only are neutral colors not regrettable choices, but they are also versatile. Indeed, they can be seen as the canvas on which people can add bold accessories, which can be changed as often as they want. One can also work with texture, bringing materials that are rough, together with materials that are smooth. Available Space Neutral colors can help create the illusion of a bigger space, depending on how they are used. Indeed, for especially tiny places, using pale hues for everything, from walls, cabinets, and countertops will increase the brightness factor, making everything look more spacious. Colors like white, cream, or bone can work wonders for this. Neutrals also work great for those who are planning on creating an open kitchen with their remodeling project. Indeed, neutrals can bring rooms together effortlessly, without creating any harsh lines that divide. Pop of Color No one said that the space has to be boring simply because one is picking neutral colors as the base. As previously mentioned, neutral colors can act as a canvas, on which people can accessorize and make the space their own. They can add chair cushions in bold, bright colors, or art, rugs, or even bright pottery. The great thing about these is that they can be changed, as one gets bored with those accessories. Having this ability to easily swap the personality factor is great not just for future changes in taste preferences, but also for those who will be selling their place in the near future. Thinking of the color scheme for this space is incredibly important, since, as previously mentioned, this space is the one in which lots of time is likely to be spent.

From start to finish Kurtis was a great company to work with. From the initial contact and design concept with Gregory Holster to the cabinet drop off team, the install team led by project manager Jeff Tuomi and the countertop company, the project was on time and all work was performed beyond expectations. This was greatly appreciated seeing as it was completed on December 23. All the people involved were professional and did an excellent job.
Shanna was our project consultant. Picking out cabinets along with counters can be somewhat overwhelming but her knowledge & experience helped us make the right decisions. Dylan & Juwan unloaded truck & Dylan check off ship ticket to make sure all boxes were accounted for. Courteous & pleasant to talk to…nice job of stacking everything neatly in our garage. We couldn't be more pleased with the service & so happy with our kitchen
We recently worked with Lauren on cabinetry for a master bathroom renovation. She was great to work on the design and selections. Lauren was efficient and responsive from cabinet selection through ordering. Our overall installation was smooth. We had some unforeseen circumstances impacting our ability to accept delivery of our cabinets on the initial agreed upon date. Kurtis was very accommodating in rescheduling delivery given our project challenges. We couldn't be happier with our cabinets for this project.
We had complete renovations to our kitchen and main bathroom. From start to finish, the design with Shanna was exactly what we asked for and Jeff stayed on top of the renovations, communicating each step of the way. Every worker was professional and the final product is elegant and functional. We were very happy with Kurtis and would choose Shanna and Jeff again.
We love our new kitchen! Kurtis Kitchen & Bath did an outstanding job, and Adrian at the Clarkston location was exceptional to work with—creative, patient, and really listened to what we wanted. The project was well-organized, and we went from demo to a fully functioning kitchen in just 30 days. Highly recommend!
